Life’s motion can feel intense and demanding, seeming to move at a pace beyond one’s stride, resulting in chronic stress, increased anxiety, fear, and for some, chronic pain. Throughout this motion, self-care and nurturing relationships can feel overwhelming. Connecting with another human can be one of the safest ways to become grounded and encounter what is asking for acknowledgment and care. I believe the therapeutic relationship and environment has immense potential to provide a secure container for all that is felt to be seen and explored—giving fear the opportunity to be faced and transformed into intentional forward movement.

Through consistent connection and honoring your lifestyle and needs, a rhythm can be unearthed to support you within uncertainties and challenges life presents: increasing inner-knowing, personal growth, and self-trust. I utilize an eclectic approach, incorporating verbal reflection, art making, movement, metaphor, somatic processing and personalized ritual.

All parts of you, valid and sacred, are here with purpose and truth. Seated in a trauma-informed, human-centered approach, all parts are welcomed, acknowledged and integrated by gradually nurturing a relationship with self, the body and nervous system. I am here with you, exactly as you are. I am honored to be with you as you venture on, one step at a time.
