Connecting with another human can be one of the safest ways to become grounded and encounter what is asking for acknowledgment and care. I believe the therapeutic relationship has immense potential to provide a secure container for all that is felt to be seen and explored.
All parts of you, valid and sacred, are welcomed and integrated. I draw from somatic, expressive arts, and relational approaches to support clients in accessing their inner wisdom and healing. I am particularly passionate about using creative modalities to help clients who may find it difficult to express themselves through words alone. My work is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep respect for each person's unique journey.
