Meet Our Staff

Wellness West is not your average mental health clinic. While we're experts in mental health, we're also real people. This makes the clinic and the staff easy to relate to, but also a positive place to work.

In therapy, I work to build a safe therapeutic environment where I can best understand a client's perspective and unique experiences. I work directly with clients to create meaningful and successful plans for progress and growth. Change is achieved through consideration of the past, while maintaining a focus on the present.

Licensed Professional Counselor

I come to the therapeutic relationship with curiosity, acceptance, and authenticity. In this non-judgmental environment, clients are free to experiment with new ways of being, uncovering insights and answers along the way. I believe that meaningful change begins with self-acceptance.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Connecting with another human can be one of the safest ways to become grounded and encounter what is asking for acknowledgment and care. I believe the therapeutic relationship has immense potential to provide a secure container for all that is felt to be seen and explored. All parts of you, valid and sacred, are welcomed and integrated.

Reaching out for support is not an easy action to take during times of mental health struggles. Knowing how difficult it can be to reach for help, my first priority is creating a safe space to talk about psychological issues — a space where someone listens to you with compassion and without judgement.
